Quality control For manufacturing your small to medium products, we use completely equipped, universal injection moulding machines and modern production and assembly areas. Products can also be packed automatically using robot equipment. As a basic condition for clean or sterile production the complete background infrastructure for the injection moulding machines is situated underground. For optimum production hygiene, our production and assembly areas are kept at a constant slight overpressure. Quality control Long before the introduction of ISO-certified management systems, we had already adopted a quality assurance programme, with which we can control the quality of a wide range of different products. From preliminary design to final delivery, every procedure is properly documented and we do not allow ourselves to be surprised by the unexpected. For us, monitoring our suppliers is a self-evident aspect of quality assurance. Also, the large number of products that have been in continual production for years and the equally long relationships that we have established with many of our customers, give us the confidence that we can be a reliable partner for you too. In-house specialities Aarts Plastics has a number of specialities, which enables us to optimise the service we provide our customers in a number of areas even further. We are, for example, one of the few injection-moulding companies that fully masters making up colour recipes and that manufactures masterbatches under direct management. This enables us to develop and apply quickly any colour you want, if required with metallic of pearl effects.
