All products that leave our company are produced and assembled under very clean circumstances. To enable this our complete factory and assembly department is kept under a slight overpressure. This overpressure avoids dust entering our facilities. Furthermore the complete infrastructure for the machines is situated underground in a special built basement. The result is no inconvenience caused in our factory.

Cleanroom

We are able to produce and pack your products under cleanroom circumstances. To realise this we built a cleanroom around the injection moulding machine and it’s packaging unit ( autobagsystem). The environment is equipped with a downflow system provided for clean air-inlet. Also on the mould a microfilter is installed. In case of manual packaging our employees wear protective clothing.

Sterilisation of products

On request, after cleanroompackaging, we can take care of the sterilisation process as well. This activity is done outside our company.
