Needless to say, every injection-moulded product needs a mould. Using CAD/CAM software, we produce a detailed drawing of your product and after that one of the mould. The designing and construction of the mould always takes place in direct management in consultation with you whereby the choice for a single or multi cavity mould depends on order prognoses. The building of the mould either takes place in our own tool shop or, in consequence of for instance delivery times, we have the mould completely of partially built according to our specifications.

Tool shop
In our tool shop we have the knowledge, facilities and techniques to build, repair and maintain high quality moulds. Thus we also have the capability to build low cost test moulds to use during the development of complex or assembled products for practical try-outs. To aid production or assembly automation, our tool shop can also manufacture the necessary parts for peripheral equipment and assembly units, that are build in conjunction with our technical department.
