We use our expertise creatively to find optimum solutions that result in fine products that can be manufactured efficiently, that are made of a type of plastic that best meets the requirements and that are practical in use.

Your conditions, our solutions
Is your product meant for disposable or non-disposable use? Are there any chemical, thermal, electrical or mechanical requirements?

Is your product for indoor or outdoor use? Does it have to be airtight? What are your requirements for your product’s image? On the basis of the answers to these questions and other possible requirements, we draw up a preliminary design in consultation with you and select the most suitable raw material(s). To hold out every certainty towards the technical functioning of the product, we have various testing possibilities available.

Creating an image
Using modern computer technology, we can present you with a good image of what your product will look like. In addition, if you wish, we can supply models or proto-types to enable you to assess your product physically before starting with the construction of the mould. For complex or assembled products, there is the possibility of constructing so-called low cost test moulds.
