Many of our productionprocesses are fully automated. Combined with the skill and expertise of our staff we are able to meet our client's needs in an effective and quick way.

Example 1 

Within the cycletime we manage to execute full automated the finishingactivities on this wodka cap. The 5-axis Robot takes out the products from the mould, delivers them on a cooling plate (to decrease cycletime) Then the already cooled down products are taken by Robot to the hotstampmachine and a silver foil is wrapped around the cap. Meanwhile inserts are being put on a tool and finally the caps are pressed by Robot on this tool and stored on trays.

Example 2

A two-piece cap for the cosmetics industry is being assembled in-line. The inner part is being feeded by side equipment and during the injection moulding of the outer cap placed on an assembly unit. The outer caps are being placed by Robot on the inner cap and pressed on the inner cap by the assembly unit. Next the caps are placed on a conveyer belt for packaging. Finally we also take care of the metallisation process.
